Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in educating patients and their families about dental treatments, coordinating their insurance benefits and co-pay dollars. If you are passionate about sales, patient education, and achieving goals while possessing dental knowledge, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate patients and families on treatment options, procedures, and oral health maintenance.
- Assist patients in understanding insurance coverage and financial responsibilities.
- Coordinate treatment plans, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure seamless patient care.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust with patients and families.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while prioritizing patient satisfaction and well-being.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, dental procedures, and insurance regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dental treatment coordination or similar roles preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families.
- Proficiency in dental terminology and treatment procedures.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Comfortable working towards and meeting set goals and targets.
- Must be able to work one Saturday per month.
