Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in educating patients and their families about dental treatments, coordinating their insurance benefits and co-pay dollars. If you are passionate about sales, patient education, and achieving goals while possessing dental knowledge, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate patients and families on treatment options, procedures, and oral health maintenance.
  • Assist patients in understanding insurance coverage and financial responsibilities.
  • Coordinate treatment plans, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Collaborate with dental professionals to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust with patients and families.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while prioritizing patient satisfaction and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, dental procedures, and insurance regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in dental treatment coordination or similar roles preferred.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families.
  • Proficiency in dental terminology and treatment procedures.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
  • Comfortable working towards and meeting set goals and targets.
  • Must be able to work one Saturday per month.
